Runway Consultancy
Runway consultancy (RC) is talent management and career consultancy run by a successful woman who has helped many talents including students and celebrities to land on their dream jobs. She’ll not only help you to find your career but also advise you on how best to make use of your talents be it at work or on a personal level.
She needed an identity to represent her, something that will not only sell RC’s services but also create an instant impression to start a dialogue. Since her business model is all about the people, either you are student or an organisation.
Design Process.
The identity took inspiration from childhood memory - playing outdoor in the vast field, the warm feeling of sunshine on your face, the smell of freshness, the sound of goodness and all the laughter… ultimately, you know you’re in good hands, safe and all the good things that are waiting for you as you’re growing up.
The visual representation for RC is a set of “all the good things” icons and all these are captured by a butterfly net which also formed part of the “R” - as if you’re running with the net.
